4 elegantly furnished ground floor suites housed on each two storied villa and located on the south side of the rocky headland offering uninterrupted views of the ocean. The larger suites offer modern comforts and the sleeping deck opens out to a pocket garden and the terrace which comes with a small garden with private sun beds to help you loosen up and catch up on a perfect tan.

Deluxe Suite with Pools

8 elegantly furnished ground suites housed on each two storied villa and located on the north side of the rocky headland offering uninterrupted views of the shoreline and sea. All suites offer modern comforts and has been designed to give you a sense of reclusiveness. The terrace opens out to a small garden that come with private sun beds and your own swimming pool to help you loosen up and catch up on a perfect tan. Two suites available with twin beds.

Grand Deluxe Suite with Swimming Pool

One uniquely positioned ground floor suite located at the furthest south end features a terrace and a small garden with private sun beds. The sleeping deck opens out to a private swimming pool overlooking the ocean and a large pool deck with sun beds and a dining area. As you wake up, you can sit by your pool, terrace or garden and enjoy the first rays of light.

The exclusively designed suite offers two floors of luxury. The ground floor consists of a terrace, living room overlooking the ocean, dressing room and a large bathroom that opens on to a sundeck and a swimming pool.

The upper floor of the villa contains the bedroom with a living area and attached bathroom. The bed room opens out to a balcony offering picturesque views of the garden and ocean. To double your sense of comfort, both floors have been equipped with LCD Panel TV’s, CD Players and mini-bars for your entertainment.

Dining

Saman Villas offers a diverse selection of dining experiences. You may choose to dine in the cosy elegance of our restaurant, out beneath the stars, on a moonlight drenched beach or perched on a rock as the waves break beneath you. Other unique dining locations include the pool pavilion overlooking the ocean, the privacy of your own suite or in a water garden or tropical garden setting at our spa.

Whilst a delectable selection of Eastern, Western and Sri Lankan cuisines are offered at our main restaurant; you will also discover a range of international wines to complement your fine-dining experience.

You also have the option of creating your very own menu; just have a chat with one of our Chefs who will be more than delighted to attend to your specific culinary needs. Special arrangements can be made for guests seeking particular dietary requirements.

Facilities

The inviting infinity-edge swimming pool with sea blue water appears to merge with the vast Indian Ocean and beyond. The cascading gardens with beautifully manicured lawns on the rock face offer a variety of locations to appreciate the magnificent views, caressed by cooling sea breeze, in quite relaxation. The terrace restaurant caters for breakfast and lunch while the main restaurant on the upper level is open exclusively for dinner.

The lounge bar beside the pool has breathtaking views of the different shades of blue from the sea and the pool. The sunset lounge on the upper floor has a panoramic view of the coast and the central hills.

The Sahana Spa, a luxury all suite garden spa offers an array of treatments. Each suite features facilities of a luxury spa and offer treatments in complete privacy.

Other facilities include a well stocked library with a variety of books covering Sri Lanka, music CD’s and digital videos, snooker table, boardroom facilities that can house up to 12 people and a jewellery shop.
