SUPER DELUXE SUITE – 14 SUITES

The 1180 sq ft Super Deluxe suites offer its residents an in-room living and dining area and the chance to soak in spectacular views from their suite’s outdoor terrace, while taking a dip in the private outdoor plunge pool. Guests can choose a suite with twin beds or with a double bed.

PRIVATE DINING

Our guests can handpick any setting across The Elephant Corridor’s vast acreage to enjoy an exquisite private dining experience. Popular requests have been by the tranquil Pothana Wewa (Pothana Lake) or against the picturesque backdrop of the Sigiriya Rock. This can be arranged by speaking with our front desk representative. A personal butler is available throughout to cater to your every need upon request.

SPA

Indulge in rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul at the Om Wellness Spa. Our expert masseurs offer guests a plethora of packages to choose from, whether it be an outdoor herbal bath and massage while being surrounded by the wild, an aromatherapy body massage suited for your specific needs; or even a unique Bali Coffee Scrub or an Aloe and Lavender Body Wrap to exfoliate and soothe your skin. Our guests can choose the oils which they wish to be used for their massage.

The Spa is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily. Guests can request to have their massage in the comfort of their rooms, or even by the poolside.

INDOORS

The Elephant Corridor offers guests a myriad of indoor activities to keep them entertained throughout their stay.

Unwind in the hotel’s Bar whilst you sip a drink or enjoy an evening of shisha. Those with a competitive streak can engage in a variety of games such as billiards, cards, chess, darts and table tennis.

SWIMMING POOL

Encircled by lush greenery, the Elephant Corridor pool area offers guests a hideaway in the wild. You may laze away on a chaise longue or a hammock or even get a foot massage by the pool. Sunbeds are also available for guests who prefer a bit of shade. The poolside also features a trampoline as well as a swing for those young at heart.

Our poolside Ebony and Ivory Jungle Bar serves various liquors and other beverages as well as a selection of decadent snacks.

BICYCLES

Hop on a bike and feel the rush of the outdoors as you pedal along the winding pathways of the wild.

Bicycles can be requested at the front desk. An electronic dune buggy can be scheduled as an alternative.

NATURE WALKS

Take a stroll across the hotel’s acreage and soak in the stunning sceneries. The surroundings by the Pothana Lake are truly a sight to behold. You will meet many friends along the way, including mischievous monkeys, vibrant peacocks and grazing herds of water buffalos.

An early morning walk through the grounds in particular is ideal for bird watching as over 200 species of birds, among them the Serpent Eagle and the Hawk Eagle, can be spotted in the surroundings.

Our resident naturalist will walk you through the grounds, helping you discover the diverse flowers, trees and wildlife.

STAR GAZING

Situated in a secluded section away from the main hotel suites, the star gazing station is an ideal place to spend a quiet evening with a beneath the pristine night sky. The area is fitted with a comfortable bench and guests are provided with cosy blankets to ensure a memorable experience.

OUTDOORS

Outdoor activities include nature walks, bird watching, elephant rides, star gazing, and bicycle riding. You could also play a few strokes or practice your bowling action in the cricket net or shoot a couple of arrows at the archery range.

Bird watching is another activity that guests can partake in. Each room is equipped with binoculars for a very specific reason; over 200 species of birds migrate to the areas surrounding Elephant Corridor Hotel. An early morning walk through the grounds is a treat for bird lovers. 435 birds have been identified in Sri Lanka and among these 26 are endemic to Sri Lanka. The Serpent Eagle and the Hawk Eagle are among many birds which can be spotted here.
